I would like to thank Spring Retirement for the outstanding care my father receives from you. The carer is wonderful, they have a lovely relationship and my Dad really appreciates all she does for him. The carer really understands his needs, which at times can be difficult due to his dementia.
There is empathy when dealing with the mental and physical care for Dad. He is kept clean, as are his clothes and the house. He is fed well and always has a fresh drink by his side. As a family I cannot begin to tell you what a relief it has been to find such a dedicated care package that allows my lovely Dad to stay in his home. Not only providing such understanding and caring staff but the support system for them and us as a family is second to none. Matthew is always on hand if we have any issues and responds quickly. He comes to visit Dad and the carer regularly and carries out a thorough assessment of Dad, the carer and us as a family.
We feel Dad is truly looked after and know he is receiving the best care at this difficult time of his life.
